How do I receive my book after purchasing?
Delivery is 100% instant. Once your payment is complete, you will immediately be redirected to a download page. You will also receive an automated confirmation email containing your direct download links within seconds.
What if I didn't receive my confirmation email?
First, please check your Spam/Junk folder or Promotions tab. If it's not there, make sure you're checking the email address associated with your PayPal account or the one entered at checkout. If you still can't locate it, contact us using the methods below and provide your order details.
How many times can I download my eBook?
Your download link is permanent. You can download and save the file to multiple devices for personal use.

What file formats do you provide?
Our books are primarily provided in PDF and ePub formats. Both formats are standard and compatible with modern devices.
Can I read these books on my Kindle or iPad?

Payments & Security
Can I pay with a debit or credit card without a PayPal account?
At checkout, PayPal may offer the option to pay with a debit or credit card as a guest without creating a PayPal account, depending on PayPal's availability for the transaction.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through PayPal's secure payment system. EbooksB does not directly store customers' sensitive card information.

What if the book I am looking for is not listed on your store?
We can source many titles for you. Visit our Request Any Book page and send the book title and author through our WhatsApp contact.
What is your refund policy?
Because digital files are delivered electronically, standard returns may not apply. If there is a genuine issue such as a corrupt file, missing pages, or an incorrect edition, contact support so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
